" I will hold your intentions with you and for you, and - if you give me permission - will hold you accountable for being who you need to be in order for that to happen"
I read that some time ago and it really resonated, it spoke to the sincerity and self motivation I felt compelling me to be all I can be. For that reason, it's also my approach when it comes to clients because I realise I can't do this for people, I can only walk alongside them when invited.
I am drawn to life’s transitions. Whether it's taking on new career challenges, committing to new relationships/breaking free of old ones, taking on other new roles in life such as parenting or going through adolescence, or experiencing any kind of grief or loss, personal change or growth. I am also committed to supporting people's final transition in this life – our journey toward the end.
There are three kinds of work I generally offer:
My approach is holistic; working with someone is akin to gazing at a clear night sky adorned with billions of stars, each offering clues about their identity and the barriers hindering their full potential. As I engage with an individual, a multitude of their unique stars seem to illuminate the night sky, and intuitively, I connect the dots to unveil a clearer picture.
In addition, I offer a unique and compassionate service for those approaching the end of life. Unlike other transitions, the journey toward the end invites a different form of support – my role is to be a companion, providing solace and a supportive presence for individuals and their loved ones during this tender time. This deeply different experience emphasizes presence, comfort, and the sacred act of holding space.
I consider it a profound privilege to offer reassurance, acknowledge the unknown, and embrace the spiritual dimensions that often accompany this transition. This aspect of my work is not a service I charge for; it is an offering, a way for me to give back to the community and extend my deepest compassion to those on their final journey. If you or a loved one is in need of this type of support, please feel free to reach out. It is an honor to be present with you during such a profound and sacred time.
My own authentic edge is firmly grounded in my unwavering commitment to authenticity, personal growth, and a distinctively holistic approach aimed at guiding clients toward alignment with their true selves. If you're interested in exploring more about my personal growth journey and insights, I've been documenting it weekly on my blog at shonakeachie.com since 2015 and also on LinkedIn and Medium, where I engage with a broader community.
